Is it free?
Yes. Trimming, splitting and downloading are free and do not require an account. Premium is available for AI transcription and an ad-free experience.
Does my file leave my device?
Editing and downloads happen locally. If you choose to transcribe a part, it is sent to Anthiago for processing after you continue through the upload flow.
Will it remove silences or words?
Splitting preserves the selected interval across the parts. It suggests pauses near each boundary; it does not delete quiet sections. Listen to each suggested cut, especially with music or background noise.
Can I use long recordings or videos?
You can select long recordings and videos with audio. Capacity and speed depend on the format and your device. Video files export as audio. MP3 uses less output memory than WAV.
Why is the first load slower?
The audio editor downloads on first use. A visible progress indicator shows the download and processing stages. Later visits can reuse the cached engine.
